QC Management, Inc., Construction is a full-service construction contractor. We are a Federal 8A Certified Contractor and are licensed in the state of Florida for the following project types:

Federal -  Design-build for vertical and horizontal construction; Our list of government clients include General Services Administration (GSA), US Coast Guard, US Navy, US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville Airport Authority, and The City of Jacksonville.

Commercial/Industrial -  Design-build as well as traditional bidding of churches, school buildings, office space, road work, underground utilities and retail centers.

Residential -  Up to 7,200 square-foot waterfront custom homes to loft apartments and apartment buildings.
