Management Qualifications   

QC Management's Project Managers have vast experience in construction management, as well as estimating and bidding, with projects ranging in value from $500K to $30 million. The QC Management staff has worked for several reputable companies in Northeast Florida. Included in our clientele are such federal agencies as the General Services Administration (GSA), U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Navy. Our Field Superintendents and Project Managers are USACE Certified Quality Control Managers and are also HAZWOPER and OSHA certified. In addition, QC Management's Project Managers and Quality Control Managers are trained in scheduling software such as Suretrak and Microsoft Project.

The ability to successfully recruit experienced management personnel during a fast growth period enabled QC Management to become one of the most diversified contractors in Northeast Florida. However, even with this rate of growth, our safety record as well as our credit with vendors and subcontractors are flawless. QC Management has also received many letters of commendation and excellent performance ratings. We have also been selected as a winner of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 'Safety Pays' Program.
